The Library
is available to residents only. Here you can relax with one of the many books, watch television or a film from our extensive library of DVDs or simply sit in front of the open fire in winter.
The Blue Room
is in the oldest part of the house. A suite more than a bedroom, it is welcoming, light and airy with views to the garden.
Original paintings by a Lincolnshire artist, large lamps and steps down to the large beamed bathroom with bath and separate shower provide the perfect place to relax and spend some ‘time out’.

The Garden Bedroom
overlooks the garden and, in good weather is flooded with sunshine. It is the perfect combination of traditional features with original fireplace, wooden floorboards and contemporary decor. The ensuite includes a large modern bathroom suite and the perfect place for a long soak in the spacious bath. The imposing bed with luxurious mattress is the ultimate in comfort.
The Dining Room
is an imposing room, tastefully decorated where breakfast is served and dinner by arrangement. Tea, coffee and home made cakes or biscuits are always available and are a feature of what we offer. In good weather, guests are welcome to relax on the terrace which is accessible through the elegant shuttered French doors.

The Drawing Room
looks out onto the terrace and garden and is a lovely room in which to relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings or enjoy coffee after a meal. Read a book or magazine; catch up on some correspondence; chat with friends or meet with colleagues or business associates.
